1. OP4 designs

Ópera Quatro offers unique services in the conceptual phase of architectural design. The close relationship between the client and the creative team personalizes the project, based on the feasibility desired. The interpretation of the set of client needs and the topography of the land, as well as the restrictions imposed by local legislation, serve as the starting point for the conception that is formalized in the schematic design and legal design stages. The graphic representation of these stages is accomplished using drawings, computer-generated scale models, tables and photomontages.

2. OP4 develops

Once a design has been approved by the authorities, the next step is drawing up the construction documents. This stage, represented graphically with all the respective details, information, specifications, and descriptive briefs, clearly defines the edifice to be built. Employing its technical knowledge and expertise, the Ópera Quatro team prepares designs for the pre-construction and construction stages, based on assumptions aimed at meeting project deadlines and complying with the construction and technical design standards required by the contractor/construction company.

3. OP4 coordinates

The coordination of the project teams aims at accomplishing the goals established by the client as regards construction deadlines and feasibility, through integration of the multidisciplinary team and the preparation of project timelines and reports. Ópera Quatro offers interdisciplinary coordination, which is the main channel of communication between the client and the project team. For managing information, a careful analysis of processes is employed, aimed at satisfying the client’s construction assumptions.

4. OP4 compatibilizes

Compatibilization aims at eliminating the interferences among the various projects at all stages, safeguarding the integrity of the approved project and the graphic materials drawn up for the marketing of the enterprise. Employing an efficient methodology, Ópera Quatro analyzes all the materials developed, identifying incompatibilities among the projects and suggesting solutions. In pursuit of clarity in the exchange of information, the process involves compatibilization reports and overlay drawings.
